join a working mill

Show alongside the artists, makers and studios already working here, a gallery that sells all year, and events that bring buyers through the door. The mill is open and operating, and we're adding new showroom space building by building. Tenants who commit early get our best rates, a rate locked for two years, and first pick of location. If a new space isn't ready in time for a Market, you'll show in a finished room at the mill (or a courtyard pavilion) at a reduced rate until it is. Your lease sets a target date for your permanent space, and full rent starts only once you move in.
